Jenny looks after our European clients on a daily basis in the Cologne office. As first-point of contact for support and maintenance, Jenny triages and prioritises enquiries in line to our Service Level Agreement.
When she's not working, she's busy showing her UK colleagues around Cologne, sipping Kölsch, attenting as many heavy metal concerts as possible and strolling through the forests with her dog.
