Since the wholesale adoption of Cloud Technologies, connecting distributed systems is the next step for digital transformation
It’s now old news for your teams to be using Cloud technology. Likewise, the next step for Membership organisations is to connect distributed systems to better serve members, improve operations and create seamless digital experiences.
As organisations evolve they must adopt member-focused strategies to determine the direction of their digital journey, so they can:
Streamline the user experience to retain and acquire members.
Develop a culture of engagement
Integrate with the right systems from social to CRM to connect members.
Support membership teams from marketing to events with connected data, payments, and MarTech.
Integrating distributed systems to create a composable Digital Experience Platform
The project was to deliver a ready-to-scale platform to improve performance, scalability, and architecture. To do this the team needed to:
Adopt a member-first mindset
Develop member-focused strategies to improve the user experience.
Connect distributed systems
Connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM to streamline operation capabilities and secure member data. And deliver a single sign-on solution integrated with Thirtyone:eight's learning platform.
Create a ready-to-scale modern membership portal where customers can view, amend and pay for services; update their marketing and communication preferences in line with GDPR; manage their profile; and access premium content.
