The philosophy of the company is to provide high quality, durable equipment that makes gardening easier and more successful.
What challenges did WOLF-Garten face?
WOLF-Garten required a new e-commerce website to offer their customers a comprehensive shopping experience from digital channel to garden centres. One of the overarching goals of the company was to provide an attractive and convenient way for their clients to find the products they need for gardening. The new website was also designed to support retailers and to reduce call centre service costs.
What did GrowCreate need to deliver?
WOLF-Garten wanted to work with an agency that could help them meet the following requirements:
- defining personas and user journeys;
- multiple integrations including ERP and SagePay;
- import of old orders and the product catalogue from the previous systems.

Our interdisciplinary team developed a secure, easy-to-use e-commerce solution that helped WOLF-Garten achieve their ambitious goals. An agile development methodology allowed for a flexible approach to feature implementation. A project backlog was delivered in two-week sprints, each dealing with a set of defined deliverables.
The required features included structuring the existing content and setting up a logical information architecture. Wireframes were developed and tested and the brand guidelines for print were adapted for the visual design and style guide.
Finally, the website was implemented on the latest version of Umbraco CMS.
