When using Optimizely DXP, the platform includes:

  • Uptime monitoring and automated failover for the DXP-hosted application
  • Platform-level SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for infrastructure availability

  • Scheduled upgrades and security patching of the platform itself
  • Access to Optimizely Support Portal (during working hours, with escalation paths)

Note: This is mainly limited to infrastructure and platform-related issues — not your custom code, deployments, integrations, or third-party services.

  • Custom code errors or bugs in your implementation
